“Schedule of the Schedule”
The schedule is made approximately every eight weeks. Here’s the deal concerning when each schedule will be released and what periods each schedule will cover. If you’d like to make a change in how you are scheduled, your contact information, or if you need to sit a schedule period out, let us know by the “date changes due to schedulers” date, by emailing xavierministers@gmail.com or calling at (212) 627-2100 ext. 207 . Schedules will be released two weeks before they go into effect, to give you sufficient notice of your assignments.
