Sad News from Honduras

Please keep in mind and in your prayers the families of two of the women who are active in the women’s group in the town of Guacamaya. We always visit this group on our trips to Honduras and have a warm relationship with the women.
The 22-year old son of Minga, one of the members, died a month ago of an infection following a bullet wound.  This past week, a son of Angela, also in his 20s, was crushed to death when he accidentally fell into a sugar cane crushing machine where he worked.  The women are all close and when deaths like these occur they all feel it as their own.  May these two young men rest in peace and may their families experience God’s grace and love in their grief.
